4. Strategic communication with AI — executive narratives, automated meeting notes and organisational alignment

Day 2 — Analyse, Automate and Implement

5. Data analysis and strategic insights — patterns, dynamic dashboards and evidence-based decisions
6. Strategic automation — identifying friction and designing micro-flows with Make
7. Governance, risk and responsible adoption — internal policies, shadow AI and opportunity assessment
8. Action plan and final project — every participant leaves with a real 90-day implementation plan
